Mike showed us that our three-point lever door could be adjusted in a variety of ways. The adjustments with an Allen key allow us to fine-tune the position of the door in the frame rather than consider an expensive repair bill for a lock that is still functional despite an insignificantly loose handle. Ely with Reliable Locksmith provided great service on short notice! I had lost my car key and he cut two replacements and programmed them quickly. As my phone was nearly out of battery he even allowed me to charge it while I was waiting, which while not long, showed his care and attention to his client. Ely is professional and knowledgeable. Alec was great. He answered the phone right away when I called, was very kind and easy to talk to on the phone, and gave a realistic/accurate timeframe for when he could get to my lock. He was able to get me into my locked house without damaging my door or the lock itself. His knowledge and skillset are priceless and I will not hesitate to call him the next time I lock myself out of my house! 10/10 would recommend
