I’m sorry I can’t get the photo to work on my phone but wanted to give Mike the excellent review he deserves. I had trouble with my back door deadbolt. I called and got an appointment right away. On the day of service, Mike called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time, quickly assessed my issue and replaced both the deadbolt and handle in about 1/2 an hour. He even paid attention to the style and color of the original hardware and made a nice match. In addition, he took the time to make sure I was able to use the new hardware.
